Thrilled with the car I bought there a year ago December. Andy made the whole process fun so I came back for a second car last year. Service is second to none and everyone goes that extra mile to make the process - service or sales- fun and less painful. Feldmann's also serves Starbucks coffee and fresh cookies while you wait for service. Yes, I would and have recommended Feldmann's.

From the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot with my new car, I was treated outstanding. Mr. Winter was absolutely wonderful. He did whatever he had to do, to make sure I was satisfied. Even though he had been at work since the early hours of the morning and the dealership was to be closed during my visit, he never once hurried me or seemed as if I was waisting his time. He was willing to stay as long as he needed to. I was very happy with Mr. Winter, he was very polite,patient,respectful and extremely helpful, he did an outstanding job.

Mr. Gonzalas was very freindly as well, he had also been there for the entire day. It was getting late and we were all getting tired, but it didn't seem to matter. He was willing to make sure everything was taken care of before I left for the night.

I had an outstanding car buying experience and I would recommend anyone to buy from Feldmann Nissan.

THe customer service was very pleasant and helpful. Josiah was very informative, took a lot of time taking me around and explained everything. He was very friendly and did not try to pressure me into buying anything. (That was the best part) I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I probably should have taken more time checking out prices before making a decision but that was my fault.

I visited Feldmann Nissan to lease a new vehicle while taking advantage of special programs to pay off my remaining lease and provide a cash back incentive. I had previously chatted by e-mail with Jim Tang who gave me Mark Leuthard's name.

Mark was very busy at 8:45am on Saturday morning 2/26 when I arrived at the dealership, but was able to juggle between customers without making me wait very long. It was a snowy day, but Mark showed me multiple Maximas which was my model of choice. The only issue which Mark couldn't provide a solution to was my desire for a navigation system. It seems that the only Maximas in stock with navigation systems were super black or crimson black in color. Black is definitely not my preferred color, but in order to get the navigation system I had no choice but to get the black. It would seem to me that a navigation system is a popular feature and there should be a much greater choice of vehicles with that feature.

I told Mark that I needed to leave by 11 that morning, so he speeded up the sale process. I returned at about 3:30 that afternoon and comleted the finance portion of the sale and took ownership.

Other than my disappointment with the color choice, everything went very smoothly.

I went to Feldmann Nissan looking for a used vehicle. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the building. I had friends with me as well and they were treated exactly the same even though they weren't purchasing a vehicle. They took the time during the test drive to fully explain all the features of the vehicle and make sure I was comfortable and not making an impulse purchase. Every single person I dealt with from sales to financing to service has been extremely helpful, knowledgable, welcoming, and friendly. This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and this Feldmanns made me feel more comfortable in my decision than anywhere else. Since buying the car they have still been in contact with me on multiple occassions to make sure everything is going well with the car and I'm still enjoying the purchase. I bought a Nissan Altima and would definitely recommend them for any new or used car needs you may have.

We have purchased cars from this dealership for more than 20 years for the simple reason that they deliver what they promise. They pay attention to the little things that are easy to forget when turning in a leased vehicle; do you want to keep the wildlife license plates? When they don't have a color or trim that we are looking for, they find it, without changing the terms of the deal. The meeting with the finance guy is not the dreaded hard sell of 8 different options you "must have" after already agreeing to the "final price". We were in and out of the finance office in ten minutes, with documents in hand, ready to get oriented in our new Pathfinder and drive away. Year after year, Feldmann delivers. And, if you travel, you can drop off the car and have it serviced while you are gone. Their shuttle will drop you off and pick you up at the airport; free parking! OK, not free, after paying $30 for an oil change and a little something for the driver, but alot cheaper than paying to park the car for a week.

Katie took the time to learn what was important to me and helped me find the perfect car, with the perfect features for me, and the appropriate price structure. She helped me analyze the choices and narrow down to the appropriate alternatives, and then patiently helped me weigh the options to get to the car I ultimately purchased. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I would characterize the experience as a facilitated analysis, rather than simply a sale.

I would absolutely recommend Feldmann Nissan. The staff was very professional. I liked that they were up front with the price and did not push us to buy any additional items. Dave (via the internet) did a great job getting us started. He was honest with me. Then I came in and bought the car from Jonah Winter. Again, no pushing me into anything I didn't want. Sarah in financing was great as well. Buying a car from Feldmann was way easier than I thought it would be.

I love Feldmann, from the purchase of my brand new car to the first oil change Feldmann has been nothing short of professional and super Helpful! I don't cringe when I walk into Feldmann and we'll make another purchase there when it's time. My sales person is no longer there, but I've had another sales person step in and take over all of our questions & concerns without any pause in service. The service end is magnificent! Rick is THE MAN! Walk-ins are always welcomed and appointments are nice too. The car is always washed anytime I get anything done... For example: Yesterday I walked out of the dealership with my oil changed, underbody protector fixed (with new clips ordered), and car washed for under $27.00, AND in under an hour. FABULOUS!

I leased a new 2010 Nissan Altima last week from Andy.  I cannot even begin to describe how easy this process was!  I've leased several vehicles in the past, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.  It's my first car from Feldmann, and I can say it won't be my last.  Andy was very helpful and patient.  Also, His product knowledge was awesome.  Every question I had, he had the answer too.  Sadly, that is not always the case.  They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from, I ended up with the perfect vehicle!  The pricing was right on.  Beyond the car/price, I don't think I've ever laughed so much while buying a car.  The whole team at Feldmann Imports are very outgoing and fun.  I think when you buy a car, it should be exactly that - fun.

          Cons: Only have a Nissan and Benz dealership, if I want their service again, I need to buy another Nissan.

My 2005 Nissan Quest seemed not to be shifting correctly when hitting 2000RPM. My wife and I thought it was the transmission- thus under warranty. The service tech checked the tranny, and drove the car, but the tranny checked out. The service supervisor called with the report, and couldn't the problem I was talking about, but did notice a number of items include front brakes that I knew need fixing. I confirmed Feldmann that they need to look more, something was wrong at 2000RPMs. When I expected to hear "we have done everything" he said, "okay will look some more"

The next day they called and found the noise, they looked at the exhaust and notice damage to the gusset's, and they asked about the other repairs.

I called my favorite brakes shop, (our cars have lots of city driving and we are on first name basis with the mechanics at the brake shop), the price was the same.

The gussets were the problem and Feldmann did a great job.

Even though I bought only a Nissan from Feldmann's they still treated me extremely well. And they continue to offer great customer service when I bring my vehicle in for repair.

They offer the standard dealer perks: free ride & pickup during service, coffee, donuts.

PROS: friendly, low pressure sales, continued support after the sale

I recently signed a lease on a new Maxima and I had such a great experience with Feldman Imports and specifically with Paul Kunz, the Sales Associate that I worked with, that I wanted to share with you my thoughts about the service I have received and my experiences working with your dealership.

I had my first experience with Feldman a number of years ago when I leased my first new car - a Nissan Sentra SE-R.  I was immediately impressed with the service and attention I received.  This was back when the Nissan and Mercedes dealerships were in one building and I was treated as if I was leasing a top of the line Mercedes.

I never forgot how much that meant to me and how that made the experience of getting my very first new car all that more special.  So, when my fiancé Alex needed a new car, I brought him to Feldman where he ended up leasing a Nissan Pathfinder.  He was also very impressed with your staff and the dealership.

Therefore, when I started looking for a new car at the end of March, Feldman was definitely at the top of our list of dealerships to visit.  I was looking at new cars because the lease on my Honda was coming to an end in June.  I had no intention of making a decision until late May but we decided to start early by researching our options.  On March 27th, we decided to spend a whole day looking at and test driving cars.  We visited 6 dealerships in one day and looked at Acura, BMW, Nissan, Lexus, Audi, and Volkswagen.

My main criteria for my new car was that I wanted a manual transmission.  I was unsure if the Maxima was available with a manual transmission but I knew that I liked the new Maxima body style and I also was hoping that I could get another car from Feldman.

Your dealership was the second place we visited on the 27th.  Paul greeted us when we walked into the dealership and my first comment to him was that I wanted a car with a manual transmission.  When he told me that the Maxima wasn't available in a manual I was disappointed and not interested in test driving the car.  Paul asked if he could provide us with some pricing information since we were there and I agreed.  Paul obtained the information very quickly and this was something I came to really appreciate as the day ran on as we often had to wait 20 minutes for basic information at many of the dealerships we visited that day.

We were surprised at how affordable the Maxima was and Paul then took us out to the lot just to look at a model with the sport package.  He knew I was most interested in the driving experience based on the fact that I wanted a manual and he chose perfectly which car I would like and, to my surprise, it was the same model he had priced out for me.  It was immediately clear how knowledgeable Paul was.  He was able to answer all of our questions regarding the Maxima.  He pointed me right to a car he knew I would like and before I knew it I agreed to a test drive.  When he went in to get the keys I was still telling Alex how I didn't know if I could ever give up driving a manual but that I would give the Maxima a try.

From the moment I drove the Maxima I knew it was a great car that I would have fun driving.  Paul was very patient with us and allowed both me and Alex to test drive it.  When we got back to the dealership, he asked what our plan was for the day and what dealerships we were planning to visit.  We explained that we had 4 more on the list and he never once pressured us to make an immediate decision (again this was very much appreciated).  He simply asked when he could follow-up with me.  I agreed to touch base with him on Monday to let him know my decision.

Throughout the day it became even more clear what great service we had received from Paul as we felt ignored, rushed, or pressured to make a decision (and then treated poorly when we were adamant that we were just looking) at the other dealerships we visited.  Despite the poor service I was able to find a car that was available in a manual that I was really interested in.  I told everyone who asked at each dealership that we visited that they could follow-up with me on Monday to discuss my decision.

However, when Monday came, Paul was the only person to contact me.  I told Paul my thoughts about the other car and he immediately responded to me with a deal that I could not say no to and that felt right for us.  If you had told me first thing on the 27th, only 2 days before, that I would be leasing an automatic I would not have believed it.  However, I was thrilled with my decision and never looked back.

When I came to pick up the car on March 31st, Paul spent a lot of time with me.  He synched my phone, showed me all of the options and answered all of my questions.  It was the last day of the month and your dealership was VERY busy but we never felt rushed.  Paul walked around the car a number of times to make sure everything was perfect.

Unfortunately, everything hasn't been perfect with the Maxima.  There was a scratch on one of the parts and I have had issues with the sound system.  However, through these issues Paul has been incredibly responsive and has offered solutions that have repeatedly made me happy to work with Feldman.

Paul has contacted me numerous times to make sure everything was going OK and he also scheduled time with me to go over some of the options I was having trouble working.  He has time and again gone the extra mile to make sure that I am 100% happy with my Maxima.

The Maxima is an amazing car and I am very happy with my choice.  However, I drove a lot of great cars on March 27th.  And, while the Maxima certainly stood out, what really impressed us was the service we received from Paul and your staff at Feldman. I have since given Paul's name to three people who I know are looking for a new car and I have told them that they won't be disappointed at Feldman.

I think very often only complaints are communicated and I wanted to be sure to share the experience of a satisfied customer.  Alex's lease will be up soon and, when it is, we will be back at Feldman asking for Paul.
